Of course, word of mouth is a proven successful technique for promotion of any good thing, relying on it for business is not such a good idea. You have to attract the initial visitors before they can spread the word and give a good feedback about the site. For this purpose, using the several SEO techniques is been found very useful as it helps is generating a good starting revenue promptly. Keyword inclusion is only the tip of an iceberg.
